COMMUNICATION. CONNECTION. CONSENT.
It begins with you giving them a voice.
Open communications with your horse
And get them saying yes!
Imagine if you knew the secret technique that immediately opens up a line of communication with your horse?
Give your horse the chance to tell you he/she is ready for the next exercise
Keep your horse in a learning and processing brain, instead of reacting & over-reacting
Develop a deeper bond as your horse begins to trust that you won’t push him/her beyond the coping limits.
Opening communications with your horse is focused on helping you bridge that communication gap
Any of these feel familiar?
My horse is aloof and detached
For some horses, this is a coping mechanism when they feel overwhelmed. Others, it is that they haven’t learnt to trust us.
Helping them open up to us by understanding their unique quirks, needs and allowing them to actively express yes or no without fear of punishment will quickly change this.
My horse always nip, is mouthy, or in my space
Depending on the situation, this is often a sign of insecurity - we just missed the more subtle signs leading up to it.
Give your horse the tool to show you in a more appropriate sense that it isn’t coping - and give yourself a tool to use to check in!
My horse kicks, stalks, chases and acts like a general jerk
Yep, I hear ya! Sometimes it doesn’t feel safe to even be around them. It’s time to give them a chance to say yes or no and be actively involved in their work, so they no longer need to show the more aggressive signals.
My horse is the literal kite on a string, nervous and will shy at a leaf falling
Helping build their confidence first starts with avoiding putting them into an overly reactive brain, and continues when we have a tool to check in with each other.
So, where are you with your horse?
Perhaps you found yourself nodding to one of more of those issues.
Maybe you are hoping to avoid them altogether…
With a few small adjustments, you can start the two-way conversation with your horse and begin to unwind that complex, unique personality that you know will love you for it.
What’s in the mini course?
emotional engagement
Our emotions are just one way of communicating with our horses, and this subconcious driver feeds and feeds off your horse. Gain a deeper level of understanding of how we can manage these moments.
Personalities and default behaviours
While every personality is unique, we can begin to recognise that there are default behaviours that tell us where, in the learning (or not learning) phase they tend to be. Recognising where your horse sits in amongst these will give you a greater appreciation as to when you can stretch boundaries, or give them a moment to process.
forming the bond
The two-way communication with your horse is impirically the starting moment of ultimate trust - that your horse trusts you to listen when they communicate, and that you trust your horse to communicate in a safe way.
Begining the process of developing that bond is a combination of trust, understanding, and allowing for each others needs.
the fist bump
It’s time to talk about the actual tool we use, how to use it, and how we can apply it to have the conversation.

FAQ’S
What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.
i’m pretty time poor when it comes to working with my horse. how much additional time will this process take?
That is a tricky one to answer solidly, as each horse is very different. But we often see horses catching onto the idea of communication very quickly and embrassing it, and it only adds an extra few seconds to your tasks.
However, if your horse is very nervous or distrusting, this process may take some time to get to quick yeses and nos, so their response may be a little slower for some time.
The theory you should be able to get through in a short period of time - no more than 2 hours in total.
I’m interested in purchasing but don’t have the time to implement it now - can i still join?
Sure! Just remember to cycle back when you have a moment, have a good read, and start implementing some small changes in your paddock. Honestly, more people wish they made the time to implement it straight away, as the time they save around undesirable behaviours far outweighs the initial time investment!
